Updating and modernising a 31 year old Pole Home in Buderim to modern NRG Foam Clad with extra Waterproofing membranes.
This was labour of love and a massive challenge to convert a pole house to modern architecture.
Buderim is renowned for pole homes and the views from this property on Dixon Road are to die for – Zak construction Rebuilt the decks on both levels including bearers and extra strengthening of the typical “Sway” of pole homes.
The biggest enhancement was the front façade. Keeping the old exterior and adding timber battens and extra water proofing has not only strengthened this house but taken any fears away from Foam Cladding waterproofing issues that many new homes worry about.
